Kim Kelly
As a theater major, I’m specifically trained to bring something from nothing and to listen for the nuance of what others are saying so that I can then do my part. You never know what might happen, and you have to be nimble and ready to respond to the moment, in real time, usually with bright lights and an audience. Dreams change but my passion to create and shape connections did not. I knew how to listen, gain trust and put the right people together. At the end of the day, I am a people leader who takes a concept, assembles the right group of experts and navigates to a successful outcome. I’ve spent my career growing complex, global portfolios by aligning sales, delivery, and leadership around client outcomes. I bring executive-level credibility with clients, discipline with teams, and a bias toward action.
